  • Made changes to the annual interview seminar, from a one-day event to a multi-day event, to encourage applicants familiarity with the program and university.

  • Supervised up to 60 employees, to include interviewing, hiring, and the preparation of payroll taxes and relevant documentation. Delegated tasks to employees through the implementation of new software system, eliminating paper timesheets, and streamlining employee activities.
